What are the prerequisites for your courses? ↓
No prior experience is required for our foundational programs. Intermediate and advanced courses recommend at least six months of hands-on tile setting work or completion of one of our beginner tracks.
How long do I have access to a course after purchase? ↓
Lifetime access is included with every course purchase. You can revisit lessons, downloads, and community forums whenever you need them.
What materials will I need for the practical modules? ↓
We provide a comprehensive materials list with each course. Most students begin with basic tiling tools and substrates that are readily available at local hardware stores.
What is your refund policy? ↓
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
Do you offer certification upon course completion? ↓
Yes. Every student who completes all modules and the final practical assessment receives an official Melodio Tile Guild certificate of mastery.
